In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Aamir Khan shared that his son Junaid has made a strong start in the film industry, praising his acting skills and ability to immerse himself in characters. While joking about Junaid being a great dancer like him, Aamir noted that Junaid struggles with giving interviews but believes he will learn over time.

He stated, “When he gives interviews, he gives really strange answers. But, he will learn. And what I like about him is that he likes to make his own way. Makes his own mistakes and learns on his own. He is a good guy.”
The popular Bollywood actor revealed that he and his son Junaid are quite similar in many ways, stating, “We are very alike. I was shy like him, and I used to be terrible at interviews too. We’re both a bit odd. Our value systems are very strong, and we go to great lengths to protect them, even if it seems impractical to others.” He added that both he and Junaid are very stubborn, saying, “We are both very ‘adial’ (stubborn), and it has nothing to do with success. Junaid isn’t even successful yet, but he’s still just like me.”
